We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months, depending on availability.

Payment and required lease documents are mandatory to move in along with proof of electric service and proof of renters insurance. 

Subletting is not permitted; however, residents may be eligible for an onsite lease transfer. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Residents are required to provide 60 days’ written notice and complete a Notice to Vacate (NTV) form. All keys and access devices must be returned on or before the final day of the lease.

Broadstone on Trinity offers a variety of amenities, including two resort-style pools, a high-endurance fitness studio, direct access to the Trinity Trails, a riverfront recreation area, outdoor grilling and gathering areas, a relaxing courtyard, and a resident lounge. Residents can also enjoy a spacious bark park, luxury dog spa, controlled-access parking garage, 24/7 package management, and a fully accessible market.

The fitness center, Market, and Luxer package lockers are available 24/7 for residents.

Yes, residents can reserve the clubroom for private events. The clubroom is available after hours Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Contact the leasing office for details.
